This policy covers thecoachjake.com, train.thecoachjake.com (HELM), Jake’s Plate when it is live, related intake forms, email lists, Wix Shop checkout, and in-person sessions such as Saturdays at the Hangar.

Data we collect

  • Identity and contact information you give us (name, email, phone).

  • Account credentials.

  • Payment records processed by Wix Payments, Stripe, or other processors — we do not store full card numbers.

  • Health and training inputs you submit (bodyweight, training history, nutrition targets, meal logs).

  • Event registration details.

  • Usage, device, and log data.

  • Communications you send us.

How we use it

  • To provide coaching, programs, HELM, Jake’s Plate, Shop orders, and Hangar sessions.

  • To operate accounts, process payments and refunds, send training or list emails you opted into, give support, protect security, and comply with law.

We do not sell personal information.

Who else sees it

Service providers that help us run the business may process data under contract: website host (Wix), app host (Vercel), database (Supabase), email (Resend or Wix), payments (Wix Payments / Stripe), analytics if enabled, and calendar or form tools. We do not post your training or recipe data publicly.

Cookies and tracking

The site and checkout may use cookies or similar tools for login, cart, security, and basic analytics. You can control cookies in your browser. Required cookies may still be needed for checkout and accounts to work.

Retention and your rights

We keep information for the life of your account and as needed for tax, legal, or dispute purposes, then delete or de-identify it where practicable. Email jake@thecoachjake.com to request access, correction, or deletion. We will respond as required by applicable law, including Arizona law and, where it applies, other U.S. state privacy laws.

Security, children, changes

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. These services are not directed to anyone under 18. We may update this policy. Continued use after notice is acceptance where permitted.
