Terms of Use

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Coach Jake, LLC. By using the site, HELM, Jake’s Plate, Shop, coaching, or Hangar sessions, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Nature of services

Services are fitness and performance coaching and related digital content only. They are not medical care, physical therapy, or licensed dietetics. Consult a physician before starting or changing exercise or nutrition. Stop and seek care if you have pain, dizziness, or other warning signs.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian accept these Terms. Keep logins private. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Assumption of risk

You assume the risks of training, including incorrect form, overexertion, equipment, following remote programming, and in-person group sessions. To the maximum extent allowed by Arizona law, you release Coach Jake, LLC and Jacob Robert Affronti from claims arising from participation, except gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Intellectual property

Programs, videos, app content, cookbooks, and written materials stay the property of Coach Jake, LLC. You get a personal, non-transferable license for your own use. Do not resell, share logins, or post program files.

Payments, cancel, refund

Private sessions: cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before start or the session is forfeited. Packages: unused sessions are non-transferable. Refunds for unused private sessions are available within 7 days of purchase and not after the first session is used, unless law requires otherwise.
Digital products, seasonal programs, and HELM / Jake’s Plate access: duration is as stated at purchase. Refunds within 7 days of purchase, then access ends. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Hangar sessions: follow the published date and cancellation rule for that event.

Disclaimers and liability

Services are provided “as is.” No warranty of results or uninterrupted availability. Total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

Changes and law

We may update these Terms with notice. Material changes may require re-acceptance. Contact: jake@thecoachjake.com.
